Learning to Trust the Process
On finishing the 6-week challenge, and what actually changed
Six weeks ago, I didn’t promise a transformation.
There were no “before and after” guarantees, or pressure to be perfect.
No expectation that anyone would suddenly feel fixed.
What we started instead was a commitment to show up, consistently and honestly with ourselves.
And now, six weeks later, the challenge has ended.
Every single girl completed it, and that feels worth sitting with.
The quiet wins no one posts about
If you asked what changed, most people would expect me to talk about:
Strength
Tone
Shape
And yes - those things happened for the girls.
But the changes that mattered most weren’t visible at first glance.
What I saw instead:
Women trusting their bodies again
Women stopping when they needed to, without guilt
Women coming back after a missed session instead of quitting altogether
That’s not discipline, it’s trust.
Why this mattered to me more than results:
This challenge wasn’t built to be impressive.
It was built for real life:
Busy weeks
Low energy days
Hormones, stress, work, kids, everything in between
I wanted to create something people could come back to, not something they felt they were constantly failing at.
And watching this group move through six weeks without pressure, comparison, or burnout reminded me why I teach the way I do.
Because consistency doesn’t come from forcing yourself.
It comes from feeling safe enough to return and trusting the process (even when it’s quiet)
There were weeks where:
Progress felt slow
Motivation dipped
Nothing dramatic seemed to be happening
And still, we all showed up. That’s the part we don’t celebrate enough.
Not the intensity, or the extremes.
But the decision to keep going when it’s unglamorous.
That’s where change actually happens.
The rebrand wasn’t just visual
This challenge also marked a shift for me.
A rebrand isn’t just new colours or words, it’s alignment.
It’s choosing to build something that reflects:
How I believe movement should feel
How I want women to experience fitness
What I’m no longer willing to contribute to (burnout culture, all-or-nothing thinking)
This community showed me that lighter doesn’t mean weaker.
It means sustainable.
To the girls who completed it
You didn’t rush, perform, or push through for the sake of it.
You listened, adapted, and stayed.
And that matters more than any six-week outcome ever could.
This wasn’t about finishing a challenge.
It was about proving to yourself that you can trust the process, and that your body will meet you there when you do.
